To ensure a smooth return process, please remember that:

1. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
2. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.
3. A copy of the original invoice or receipt is required for all returns.
4. Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Customers returning merchandise without an original sales receipt are only entitled to an exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use the link below to initiate your return. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and for an exchange to be made, it must be for items of equal value.

When contacting Customer Service, please include, or have ready, your order number, billing name, and phone number to ensure prompt support.

STORE PURCHASES

If you cannot return to the store where you made your purchase, the fastest option is to contact the store directly using the contact number on your sales receipt.  If not, email us at [email protected] with a brief description of the issue, such as a wrong color, size, damaged, etc. Kindly specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange and include the store's location. If you opt for an exchange, please note that there might be a small return postage fee.
