Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States - Ground,  2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Ron Jon Gift Cards ship via USPS Priority Mail unless an alternative shipping method is selected during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or Freight Forwarding addresses. 

Not all items can ship via Air and will display the ground shipping option only during check-out. The cost for shipping is based on your order subtotal amount excluding the value of any gift card being purchased and before sales tax when applicable. Orders over $200 are shipped, Signature Required.

Please note: We do not ship skateboards, skimboards, bodyboards, or oversized items Internationally, to Alaska, or to Hawaii.

FREE SHIPPING  

Valid on Ground orders of $75 or more after any discounts are applied. This offer excludes the value of any gift card being purchased and is calculated before tax and shipping. This offer is not valid on items that are marked “Oversized Shipping”. Free shipping is valid on orders shipping within the Continental United States only. Packages ship from Cocoa Beach, Florida. Please use the table below as a quick reference guide for calculating your shipping costs. DELIVERY

Now for the big question: When will my order be delivered? Most orders are shipped within five business days. After your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within three to ten business days, depending on your location (weekends are excluded). If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited delivery for an additional charge. 
 

Expedited Delivery

Most orders are shipped within five business days and the expedited shipping status is determined by the date it leaves our warehouse.

Please remember that weekends are not considered when calculating delivery times. Once you receive your order, please inspect and notify us of any problems or discrepancies within 72 hours.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

If you entered your correct billing email address during the order placement, you will be emailed a shipment notification by UPS. This email will include the shipment tracking number, delivery date, and a link for tracking the shipment yourself.

Please note: We do not ship skateboards, skimboards, bodyboards, or oversized items Internationally, to Alaska, to Hawaii, or Freight Forwarding Companies. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee.
