TEMPORARY STORE HOURS & OTHER ACTIONS TO PRIORITIZE OUR CUSTOMERS, ASSOCIATES AND COMMUNITY

Ron Jon is taking steps in support of our team and guests, with increased safety measures and operational changes.

• Store Hours: In order to give our teams the needed time to restock, clean and sanitize their store we have adjusted our operating hours. Please check the individual store's location page for the most current information.
  
  Our online store is open.  While doing our best to keep up with an increase in the volume of orders, social distancing and sanitizing protocols take precedence to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. This may cause a delay in the processing time of your order. We ask that you have patience and understand that we are processing orders as quickly as possible. Please Note: UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination so packages may be in transit longer than normal.
  

• Social Distancing: We are doing several things right now to promote social distancing within our stores to keep customers and associates safe. We are limiting the number of customers inside at any given time, our fitting rooms are currently closed and you may find other changes depending on the location or state we are operating in. We are committed to continually cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. If you do have any questions or concerns ahead of your visit please feel to call ahead and ask the store for more information. We ask for your patience and assistance.
  

• Face Masks: In line with current recommendations from health authorities our associates are wearing face coverings and we are also requiring customers to wear face masks/coverings at all Ron Jon locations. If you have any questions regarding our face covering policy please feel free to call the store you plan to visit ahead of your visit.

• Product Availability: While doing our best to keep our full array of products in stock, some of our supply chain has been disrupted so we may be out of certain products, styles or sizes at this time.
  
  

• In Store Return Policy: We recognize that, due to the shut down, some returns may be past the date expiration on your receipt.  Therefore, any purchase made from 12/20/19 forward will be honored up to 90 days past the date of that particular store's reopen date.  All other return/exchange criteria remain the same.

From Orlando:
Take I-4 West towards Tampa. Merge on to Florida Turnpike exit 77 South toward Miami. Portions toll. Merge on to US-1 South. Take US-1 South to Key West. Turn right on Duval Street. Take Duval to Front Street and turn right.

From Tampa:
Take I-75 South exit 15A toward Naples. Portions toll. Take the Turnpike South exit. Exit 5. Merge on to Florida Turnpike South. Portions toll. Stay straight and merge on to US-1 South to Key West. Turn right on Duval Street. Take Duval to Front Street and turn right.

From Ft. Lauderdale/Miami:
Begin on I-95 South. Interstate 95 becomes US-1 South. Merge on to Florida Turnpike. Portions toll. South towards Key West. Stay straight and merge on to US-1 South to Key West. Turn right on Duval Street. Take Duval Street to Front Street and turn right.
