Donation and sponsorship requests will need to be submitted using the form below. Ron Jon Surf Shop will review requests on a quarterly basis. Review dates are January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th. Any submission received late will not be reviewed until the next quarterly review. Responses will only be made to groups that are selected for sponsorship/donation. Organizations receiving a sponsorship/donation will be contacted within two weeks after the quarterly review date.
