Additional Information Regarding Credit Card Purchases
Orders or attempted orders placed using a credit or debit card will show as a 'pending' transaction. The amount of this 'pending' transaction is reserved and held by your financial institution and not available for other purchases. We do not charge your credit card until we ship the item(s) to you. At that time the amount of the transaction is withdrawn from your bank account and the original 'pending' amount is removed. It is our experience that most holds last for 3 to 7 business days but each financial institution is different. Questions regarding how your financial institution handles 'pending' transactions should be directed to your bank.
